William R. Mayo is the principal and founder of the firm.
He is a 1980 graduate of the University of Arkansas School
of Law with an undergraduate degree in Business. He is
licensed in the State of Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma
including the Federal and State appellant courts of these
jurisdictions. He is also admitted to practice in the United
States Court of Federal Claims. He is a graduate of the
Interlingue School of Languages of Rome, Italy, and he
teaches Legal and Business English as a preparatory course
for the International Legal English Certification provided
by Cambridge University, Oxford, England as a visiting
professor.
During the course of his career he has served as a District
Court Judge, and well as general counsel for banking and
telecommunication concerns. He also is a member of the
Cherokee Nation and the Native American Bar Association.
Fernanda Reis e Melo is a principal of our Brazilian office
and a graduate of the Catholic University of Goiás School of
law and graduate program of the University of Rio Verde's
law of private rights. She is a specialist in civil and
commercial law with practice experience focused in
franchise and immigration law, domestic and international.
She is bilingual in English and Portuguese.
Communications between the four offices are maintained
and provided with seamless technological support and
coordination garnered by years of managerial experience.
