January 2, 2008 we open our new offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma located at
1831 E. 71st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74136. Our main office will
remain in Fayetteville, Arkansas, however the addition of our
Oklahoma office will allow us to better serve our expanding
Oklahoma practice.

Our Brazilian associate, Fernanda Melo will be in our Fayetteville
office during the month of January 2008, and in addition to providing
support of current franchising projects will give a presentation to
local legal professionals on Brazilian franchise law.

Her education has included studies in
the United States, and she is a 2003
graduate of the Catholic University of
Goiás School of Law, and graduate
program of the University of Rio
Verde's post-graduate program of the
law of private rights. She is a specialist
in civil and business law with practice
experience focused in franchise law.

She has previously worked for the
Tribunal of Justice for the State of Goiás in Brazil.

Fernanda has authored scholarly works, the most recent titled The
Social Function of Franchising Contracts.

Bi-lingual, she is fluent in English. Her representative clients include
franchisees of O Botícario and Vivenda do Camarão.

                                                                     that Sarah Harkey Ashley
                                                                     has joined us with her
                                                                     legal practice being focused
                                                                     on family and juvenile law
                                                                     in our Fayetteville, Arkan-
                                                                     sas office. She is a 1992
                                                                     graduate of the University
                                                                     of Arkansas School of
                                                                     Law. Her legal career began
                                                                      with Ozark Legal Services
now known as Legal Aid of Arkansas. From there she joined the
Washington County Public Defender's Office with practice
concentrated in areas of juvenile defense and representing children in
"Family In Need of Services" cases. She has extensive experience in
criminal defense of both juveniles and adults.

Josh Bailey is a recent graduate of the
University of Arkansas School of Law, and
Masters of Law (LL.M.) candidate in
agricultural law who has joined us. In law
school,Josh served as the President of the
Environmental Law Society and in that role
organized a multi-state environmental law
conference held at the School of Law in 2007.
He was alsoa semi-finalist in the Benjamin J.
AltheimerMoot Court competition.

Josh has clerked with firms in both Arkansas and Texas, working in
environmental law, agricultural law, oil and gas law, corporate law,
criminal defense and family law. This experience includes work
on sustainable technology in the agriculture sector, the legal issues
involving concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs), natural
gas leasing, environmental disputes involving natural gas production,
and environmental litigation under the Clean Water Act, the Resource
Conservation and Recovery Act and the CERCLA/Superfund Act.

Arkansas across from the Wal-mart corporate offices, and located at
609 S.W. 8th Street in the Bentonville Plaza Centre located on the
